I applied online. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Chelmsford, England) in Aug 2014
Interview
As with most sales jobs they ask about kpi's and what you enjoy in personal life. They don't ask anything customer service related which should have been a sign that they don't care about customer service.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Only questions I got were sales related, there weren't any analytical or psychological questions. The company is only interested in your sales performance nothing else.
30 to 45 minutes of about 8 questions about you, life at the company, your goals, strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work there, where you want to be in 5 years time
