      Sales Interview

      27 Jul 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike in Jul 2020

      Interview

I applied for a Sales Enablement Manager via their careers page and received an email from a recruiter the next day. We set up a phone screen for the following week and it was confirmed via email. The recruiter never showed up for our confirmed phone screen time. After 15 minutes past, I emailed her saying I could no longer give her my time due to conflicts today but would be happy to reschedule for a day the following week. I sent her my availability in this email as well. A few minutes later she replied back and said she is in a meeting running way over and apologized, that she would still love to talk with me if I was available. I wrote back and said I would still be open to speaking with her and to pick a time based on my availability that I provided in my first email. 3 business days have passed and I have not heard from her. What a terrible experience and example of how they treat candidates.

      Sales Interview

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Lack of Professional Courtesy: My first scheduled phone interview was between 5 and 10 minutes after the scheduled time. My second interview was a no show from the interviewer. 10 minutes after the appointed time I called to attempt an inquiry/reschedule. I had to leave a voicemail, and sent an email that was immediately replied to stating other obligations occurred. I was queried for times to reschedule, and then didn't receive follow up until I reached out again. I was informed there had been changes with management, and I would receive a follow up in a week to discuss developments. It has been two weeks with no response despite another effort to reach out on my behalf. This speaks poorly from the perspective of courtesy, of professionalism, and these things reflect poorly on branding. Sales, marketing, and even those in the executive sweet should understand the vital nature of branding. Wrike personnel, I hope you make some corrections to your process, and show more respect and courteousness to the people who you consider for positions at your company. Please make corrections: follow through on commitments, exercise integrity, and display professionalism.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Basic generic questions about background and qualifications. It was very simple and pleasant (conversational).
