I applied online. I interviewed at Wrike (Prague) in Dec 2020
Interview
I had a bad experience with Wrike Prague. The interview is not well structured. Interviewers are not well prepared. Some of them do not listen carefully therefore they are not asking creative questions.

Question 1
There are several steps. I cannot simply give an example. Company values step is their most weak part. It Felt Like an integration.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted soon after by a recruiter. The interviewer was nice and friendly, although I could tell based on her questions that she did not interview lawyers often. Additionally, as she was very new in the company (less than 1 month), she could not answer some of my questions about the work. The second round was the UCAT test, which was one of the easier UCAT tests you can find online. The third round was an interview with two team members which took 30 minutes. The fourth round is a take-home assignment which I did not get to do.
The whole process was confusing. The job listing asked for two years of experience after law school, which I fit quite well with 2.5y of experience. I was told by the recruiter that "I might not have enough experience" only to be told later by the team members that "I am too advanced and experienced". I was told during the last interview that I will take the assignment, however, no assignment arrived in my inbox and after two days I reached out and was told that I will not continue in the process because of being “too advanced”. No email or call to break the news.
In the end, I wish the job listing did inform accurately about what they are looking for in a candidate, which would save time for all of us. Nonetheless, I wish Wrike good luck with finding the right people and succeeding. Their product is great.
