The selection process has many stages. The first one is a phone call with HR. Then a UCAT test (logic, numerical reasoning, etc.) together with a personality test. If you pass, you get a language test where you need to answer 4 questions in the language you would be working with (English in my case). You should write 5-10 sentences for each question. The questions are for example "what good customer service means to you and why is it important".
After that, you need to download the Wrike app, learn to navigate it, and pass a demo call with a senior agent who will be asking about various features of the app.
If you pass, the last step is an interview with your potential future manager.
I did not pass the demo call so I did not get to the final stage, but I can definitely recommend the company, as they are super friendly. The HR answer all your questions and they made me feel really comfortable during all stages of the process. Actually, the process was almost unbelievably friendly.
