      Recruiter Interview

      27 Mar 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wrike in Feb 2015

      Interview

The first step in the hiring process was a phone interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition. It was very informative in regards to the product and company background. The second step for me, was an onsite interview where I met with 3-4 current employees. I met with a sales team lead, Customer Operations Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. Each asked me questions around my process of recruiting, areas of development in which I want to focus on, and to highlight a few of my strengths. Before I left, I was given a short test, to test my critical thinking, reading comprehension, and time management.

      Interview

They send me a link, where I can book a proper time slot for me. We agreed on a date and time. It was a quick Zoom call, where they shared, that I would be responsible for international sourcing. And asked me questions about my previous experience, where I did sourcing as well. They just sent an email with a rejection and they didn't specify the reason why they rejected my application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike in Nov 2021

      Interview

I asked recruiter about interview process, but was told only about one next step. Existence of two more was a pure surprise. I was as well told recruiter will check, if the salary range can be increased. As her manager told me couple of days later she did not even ask.

      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2019

      Interview

The interview process took about 3 weeks start to finish. It was a combination of phone interviews, assignments, video and onsite interviews. Appreciated that I was given the opportunity to meet with multiple team members and leaders to ask questions and learn more about the role and company. Organized and transparent process. It was great having the Talent Associate as a main point of contact to feel like I was always in the loop.
