In the first round, which was a recruiter screening, I was given a technical coding question. However, the question provided was incorrect as it had been edited by a previous candidate. After coding the solution, I realized that the console statement at the end there were comments with different results than described in the question. Upon confirming this with the recruiter, she acknowledged the issue and shared the correct question from another document.
The second round was scheduled for 30 minutes, with 20 minutes allocated for coding. The interviewer provided a code template on a platform, and my task was to implement a specific function. However, a few minutes into the round, Coding platform stopped functioning properly. I checked with him if I can use another platform, but the interviewer suggested continuing the same, as copying the code to a new platform would take too long. Despite this, platform continued to freeze, so I eventually copied the code to CodeSandbox and resumed coding. Unfortunately, by the time I could get back to coding, the 20-minute time limit had ended. Out of 20mins I lost 10mins because of the coding platform issue.
