I was initially approached by the HR on LinkedIn, followed by a one-on-one HR screening call. During this call, the HR asked me a few basic Java questions—mostly one-liners. He also mentioned that he wasn’t a technical person and was only using a set of pre-prepared questions and answers to verify. At the end of the call, he confirmed that I had answered everything correctly. After this, I was scheduled for three technical interviews, each lasting about 90 minutes. All three rounds were in-depth and technical, and I felt they went well overall. However, to my surprise, I was abruptly rejected without any explanation. I reached out to request feedback, but unfortunately, I never received any. I believe that the process could have been more transparent—especially in terms of communicating the requirements they were looking for and the areas where I might not have aligned. This would have helped me improve and better prepare for future opportunities. Overall, while the interview process was structured and covered relevant topics, the lack of feedback and closure was disappointing.
