I interviewed at Wycliffe Bible Translators (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The interview process was in-depth but focused. It was a wholistic approach, that included all aspects of your life - spiritual, emotional, financial, environmental. I found that they really wanted to know the real "you" and how you would fit into their culture.

Interview
I applied online and was asked to interview in their Orlando campus. I interviewed in front of three people. The experience was wonderful. They were very positive and engaging. Although I was very nervous, I felt pretty good about it over all.

Interview
I thought a long time before posting this. I had the interview over 2 months ago and it was the first time I was rejected because of my religion. It was going so-so until I told the recruiter I belonged to a Catholic Church. Her demeanor changed immediately, she said 'this is not going to work' and cut the interview short. I see that the job is still posted so I wonder if it is even a legit posting. She did not ask any specific questions about HR or workforce planning.
