First level interview is with an HR recruiter. Here you will go through the standard interview questions. Process will center around time share and your knowledge of sales and your commitment to sell yourself in this process. Next level will be with VP of Sales or Director of Sales. Here you will need to give 2 minute commercial selling yourself.
