Three interview process- phone interview, manager interview and then Manager and their manager interview. Lots of questions about how you would handle certain personalities, How you manager change. What motivates you.

Multiple steps. First online application, then a short Telephone interview about basic information about yourself, then a video interview with the hiring manager and 2 people from the HR. The whole process took abour 3-4 weeks.
