Interview process was great in fact I was mostly comfortable more than anything because of the atmosphere positive attitude and determine individuals which made my interview a success. The hiring manager asked me questions mainly about myself and my goals. It was a friendly and informative conversation/interview.

The interview process was enlightening, informative and very professional. Very different compared to other company interviewing process. They are more interested in my personality rather than my skills and previous employment.

1)met with HR manager, 20 minutes meet and greet, answered standard feeler questions and invited back
2)observation day, shadowed a top salesman on his day, learned the specifics of the jobs
3)final interview was with HR manager, offered position and accepted
