Interview
Submitted a CV to Xcel through an agency and was asked in for a face to face interview with their head engineer. Went over some initial bits about where I studied etc followed by technical questions and a more general chat.
Became obvious very fast that I personally did not want to work with this company given the heavy military links and the culture, but was keen to get practice in for other interviews.
Some areas of my knowledge let me down under pressure- the response I got from this chap when I began to struggle though made it even harder. When finally he gave me a little information to finish the initial question he then said that there was "no point" in continuing to ask any further technical questions, which I thought was actually quite rude in an interview.
He left and sent another chap in to answer some of my questions and then came back in and started with some more technical questions again!
