      Dreistufig wie auf der Website beschrieben. 1-stündiges Telefonat, dann Technisches Interview (welches schlecht vorbereitet und unstrukturiert verlief, es hat klar daran gemangelt Aufgaben und fragen intersubjetiv verständlich rüber zu bringen), 3. "Experience-Day" (Man läuft einmal mal und schaut sich alles an, bekommt kleine Aufgaben zwischendrin. Die Mitarbeiter beurteilen einen dann anhand zuvor nicht klar definierter Punkte. Blackbox.
