I was asked mostly about my background and the projects I lead. They also needed to know about the tools I know how to use, not only marketing, but also team-based. Was a pleasant experience over all, maybe because they respected my background.
Was just 1 stage for me, but I imagine if you have less experience, things could be different.

Interview
The initial interview was quick, I found it pretty ok. The same day I have received a test task that asked to complete a "short task". That was the full audit of their own website, which I find really unprofessional to ask for (obviously just collecting ideas on how to improve the website) and call it a "short task". This is not a short task by any means and it should be paid, also it doesn't really show the capabilities of the person applying. I believe after completing this kind of task (which I did) there should be at least a negative reply, thanking for the effort, but there was nothing. For the first time I have experienced this unprofessionalism when there was literally no reply AT ALL.
