Interview
Began with an initial phone screening by my potential direct report, followed by a group interview with multiple execs of the department I was applying to. It was all pretty fast - from initial request for screening interview to hiring offer was 10 days. I also completed a writing test.

Question 1
What type of films do you gravitate towards? What is your collaboration style? What was a time you had issues with a team member and how did you resolve it?
Had to write full detailed script coverage and then had a short 30 minute interview. They sent a list of questions beforehand and it was relatively low stakes. After that, I heard back from them that I didn't get the position after all.
Good interview process very formal and understanding. The interviewers were experienced and knew what it requires to be a Research assistant there so be prepared. I got a good offer but I declined since I got a better offer at other place. But I do think it will be a good place to work at.
