friendly and informative. several questions about my past experience for the job , gave some past experiences about helping customers with information and attending to their needs, some outcomes of those experiences and the outcome of those experiences

Long, extensive, repetative. interviewer didn't seem interested in responses just seemed to be distracted. That unfortunately did not change when employment started, supervisor was impossible to reach as was an actual HR rep.

The process was very painless. Asked a couple questions about why this job works for you, personal questions and get to know the company. It was one interview and was offered the job after the interview.
