First interview was with the hiring manager, interviewer didn't introduce himself and didn't know which role I was interview for. The conversation was ok, focusing on your potential/motivation to take this role rather than business questions. Then completely ghosted by the HR. No further feedback

After a phone screening, got 3 different rounds of interview, from direct manager to department head. The overall experience was a bit confusing, and the role has broader responsibilities than their jd.

Was invited to the office in Jakarta to do user interview directly (so HR from global only contacted and arranged interview). Came to the office to do interview with two users and overall was positive experience and asked about daily job, and even said that very high chance will proceed. But after >3weeks no information or whatsoever. Uncommunicative and very unprofessional.
