After searching my emails, I originally applied in November of 2016. There really was no interview process. I got an email in February of 2017 from Jared Olsen offering me to come in for an "informal" office tour. We traded emails and he pointed me to his Youtube channel which went over the phone interview. I came in for the office tour and was presented with a presentation of all their awards, accolades, business articles and growth in the industry. I was then given a tour of their small area and was informed that this area was only temporary as they were constructing a new building. I then was discussing my troubleshooting processes with Rick Christiansen. During the office tour I was informed that they don't have an open position, that they are only being proactively looking . I've not heard back since. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
