The recruiter quickly reached out to me on Jobvite, and we had an internal call within one week. I followed up one week later and was moved forward in the process to an interview with the team. I had an amazing experience at the interview; I felt both heard and got to show off my skills, and I got excited about the role. I sent a message the day after and stayed in touch with the team I interviewed with over LinkedIn I let some time go by before I reached out to the recruiter asking for any updates. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the recruiter/hiring manager, so I assume I did not get the job. I wish they would have given me a call or sent an email with constructive criticism on how I could improve, but I never heard back. I see the role is still active and I recommend anyone to apply I will remaine in touch with the team and hopefully will apply in the future when another role opens up.
