The interview process began after I researched the company and had an understanding of what to expect. The first interview was very informative and helpful. I was able to gauge exactly what kind of culture Y Scouts has internally, and how they practice their values and purpose daily. One thing that stood out to me, was that I was confident that every person on their team lives by their values, even when nobody is watching. It was really based around making sure I was a good fit. I was introduced to multiple team members and it was really interesting hearing a little about everyone. They were extremely welcoming and excited to see that I was interested in working for them. The team was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule with interviews which was amazing. Not many companies would do that for a potential candidate. It truly made Y Scouts stand out to me. Overall, the process was exciting and it made me really feel like I mattered to them. The communication was transparent throughout, and I was never left wondering what would happen next. I absolutely loved the whole process, and I left hoping to get a positive call back each time.
