Interview
This was an usually long interview process. In all, took about 6 weeks. It never seemed that their HR person was tracking with the team, and often sidestepped direct questions in my emails.
I had the feeling they were working out their business need for this position during the interview process. While that's fine, I would have liked to have known the permanent job I thought I was applying for was actually a temporary one (which I didn't know until I was offered the "job"). Felt like a bit of a bait and switch.
They are good people who work very hard, but seem very busy. Be prepared to jump in with both feet, it would seem. Might be worth it though, as their product is really very cool, and they're very good at producing it. Just growing pains, I guess.

Interview
Phone interview with HR, executive interview in person and peer interview. The atmosphere during all the interview were all very pleasant and professional . This is very important to show the courage and quick reaction in front of the interviewees.
2 interviews. First step, phone interview with HR manager. Second step, onsite interview with hiring manager. Overall, very relaxed feeling and conversational. Most questions were pretty standard style. Offer was made shortly after second interview.
