YLD interview questions

I had a first stage interview with talent partner Alex who said that I would hear about the next round by Friday at the latest. It has been almost 2 additional weeks since that promised Friday. I have sent a follow up email and had no response either. It's a shame for a company with such a good reputation to ghost candidates at interview stage. Automated rejection is one thing but once you've invested time to speak with someone and prepped for that time to not even receive a courtesy "thank you but you're not for us" email is really disappointing.

I applied for the position on 23 Jan & had a first interview on 6 Feb. However, after the first interview, I was forgotten and never given an update on my application, even after reaching out.
