I was hired simply by putting an application online & I had no prior/inside connections with the company. One preliminary phone interview. One 1:1 phone interview. Received offered in the same week. Managers willing to work around my schedule.

Interview
I met with five different people individually. Each interview lasted for 30 minutes. I interviewed with the department's VP, two Directors, and two individual contributors. Follow up and communication was good.
