I had a total of three interviews. The first interview was in person, which I appreciated, as it also let me see the office and casually get a sense of the work environment. The topics were mostly about my relevant experience. The second was with HR, was held over zoom, and included more discussion of the company structure, benefits, and company culture. The third was also over zoom, and with several people, including the publisher. This included questions I thought were to get a sense of how I might fit in with the team long term, my working style, what kinds of environments I thrive in. I felt that all of the interviews went well, and that they thought I was a good candidate for the role. They were also open to answering my questions candidly about the role and environment, so I felt that I could adequately judge if the role was a good fit for me as well.
