Round 2: techno managerial, cleared got a call after 1 week Round 3: technical and cleared, no call The recruiter needs to be trained how to treat the candidates, I mailed him on updates no reply. Do you think candidates ghost you if they don’t want to join us bad, then this is worst. Everyone deserves an answer. Maybe it’s negetive positive all we need is an answer.
