Interview
The interview process can vary depending on the interviewer. Some of my peers had relatively easy interviews, but mine was comparatively more challenging. It consisted of a preliminary HR round, followed by two technical rounds, a managerial round, and a final HR round. The interview focused on my projects, object-oriented concepts, problem-solving skills, Java, and especially SQL, with questions ranging from basic to advanced levels.
The recruitment process began with an online assessment round to evaluate aptitude, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Candidates who cleared this stage were shortlisted for a pre-HR screening round, followed by a detailed technical interview. Finally, the selected candidates attended the HR round, which focused on communication skills, personality, and overall cultural fit within the organization.

The interview process includes four comprehensive rounds, focusing heavily on SQL queries. Candidates must demonstrate strong database fundamentals, hands-on CRUD operations experience, joins, query optimization, and basic performance tuning knowledge.
