It was great and well organised interview process which included 2 technicial rounds which were totally fair according to the basic levels in first interview, and went a bit more technical in the second round.

java and sql they have main focus
in technical most of question from java , sql ,projects
managerial is also in deepth sql queries ,project why and how types of questions

Management is not good, hr also not good. They said to came interview face to face. And after that I wait for technical round but it was not happend. Very wrong culture.
