Basic questioning: Why do you want to work in this position? What are your strengths? Weaknesses? Have you ever sold in a direct channel before? What makes you the best candidate for this position......in other words "why should we choose you"? Why do you want to work in sales? Are you aware that sales is not a 9 to 5 career position? How will you handle this position if your customer needs to contact you after regular business hours?
