The interview process was the worst I have ever participated. I was approached on Linkedin by a recruiter, had a first call with HR and was informed that there would be a home task with 2 days to complete and 2-3 more interview rounds if I passed the home task. I submitted the home task before the due date and they took 3 WEEKS to get back with a feedback and said that I passed the home task but they decided to pause the process, but they would keep in touch and I was still being considered for the role. After a week, they told me they decided to pause the process indefinitely, but offered me another position. After saying I was interested, never heard back from them again. A big waste of time, basically took them a month to tell me they decided to pause the hiring process.
