I interviewed at Yodel by InPost (Perth, Scotland)
Interview
Was told you should eat and drink while driving as no breaks are scheduled. We were not shown the workings of the warehouse, the vans or anything despite us being in an office at the warehouse. We just sat in a room and filled out irrelevant open ended questions which the interviewer didn't even look at our answers to. While we filled them out for approx 30 mins he bored us about the history of his life and also of Yodel. He then claimed I gave him a funny look when he mentioned working on a Saturday (I didn't)

Ok, mainly filling in forms then had a walk around for 30 minutes to check it all out , manager was very nice and thoughtful was a shame someone else got the round before I even got to training

Interview
Get a call from someone at Yodel's HQ to arrange an interview at the local depot. Interview is rather easy and mostly goes over your intentions and the job in question. They provide a commercial insurance policy if you don't have one.
If you get through the interview, you are invited for training. It covers using their system, packing your vehicle, dealing with customers, etc. Nice and easy.
