First and Second round interview plus Competency test. Consisted of mainly questions on how to teach and beliefs about teaching. Second round consisted of information about admin and day to day operations. Onboarding trainign very relevant and useful
Sat and talked to a woman in the headquarters for 20 minutes. Discussed my teaching style, schedule, and salary expectations. They particularly wanted to see what ages you wanted to teach and how you diversify your teaching for different age groups
