Applied through my law school. Contacted within a couple of weeks. I had an on-campus screener with a partner. The interview with unproductive and bordered on confrontational. I do not believe my interviewer read my resume.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Young Conaway (Wilmington, DE) in Feb 2024
Interview
Was told I was going to meet the team and that I had the job locked up. I was told to be there at 12:30 then when I got there I was told 1:00. I only interviewed with one person. I answer all the technichal questions correctly. It seemed like the woman wanted to eliminate me any way possible. She asked me if I read, and if I was sick of this type of job. Strange questions.

Question 1
Do I read? Am I sick of helpdesk? Technical questions. A question on what I like to do. An awkward end to the interview. I'm older than the average person for this role, so I felt judged based on my age and possibly race and gender. The interviewer was definitely looking for the best way to eliminate me even though I am probably the most qualified person in the industry for this job and this area.
There was an on campus interview process which led to the firm selecting me for the interview. The interview was conducted by a nice individual who asked thoughtful and engaging questions throughout the interview. It was a pleasant experience overall.
