Phone interview and I class observation/ training. Than we met up as a group to do a 1 hour training. Very simple and did a background check and medical records. Than when everything was done they sent your your schedule and start your first day

Interview
Easy process. They have you shadow a class before which was fun but they don’t pay you until your first day.Asked me questions about art. Have to sign a contract however to work here

Why do you want this job? What makes you a good canidate?
Easy and smooth. First a phone interview then if that goes well they will bring you in to the office to go over materials and see if it is a right fit.
