Vollkommen unangemesser Umgang mit dem Bewerber. Per E-Mail waren vorab Abteilungsleiter, Gruppenleiter und Personaler angekündigt. Beim Vorstellungsgespräch selbst wurde man dann von einem Gruppenleiter abgeholt, der nicht vorher bekannt war und dann wurde gesagt, dass bei dem ersten Gespräch natürlich nicht der Abteilungsleiter oder Personaler dabei wären. Der Gruppenleiter, in dessen Team die Stelle angesiedelt war, kam dann mit 1.5 Stunden Verspätung (in dieser Zeit wurde das Unternehmen vorgestellt) zum Gespräch hinzu. Dann ging das eigentliche Vorstellungsgespräch los, bestehend aus einer Selbstpräsentation des Bewerbers mit PowerPoint-Präsentation und einer anschließenden Fragerunde.

I really like that they start introducing themselves, and they have a small ppt with all the information about the company and the division. Then on the way as the “theory” comes, they quizzed me about it! But all the information is in the webpage. Then I did a presentation presenting the information in my CV, and they proceed with questions related to my soft skills and how I overcome some specific situations. I felt comfortable talking to them, and it was a great experience.
