Recruiter reached out to me for an interview on a job site. Did phone interview first, then asked to complete application and a test. Did all this, had 2nd interview with hiring manager. After this, never heard from anyone again and after a follow up [ghosted], not even a form email saying they moved on with another candidate. Extremely unprofessional HR Department and company, companies that don't have common courtesy in treating people properly like this one need to be called out in public forums. Would not recommend interviewing or working for this company.
