ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Management Trainee interview questions

The first round is in-person group discussion and chit chat with the HR. You will be given a few minutes to prepare for the topic and start discussing. The second round is an online personality and Excel test. The Excel test was 110 minutes. Third round is an in-person assessment center. The final round is interview with KMP.

Group discussion and Excel test. In the group discussion, we were given a topic and we had to discussed it within 10 minutes and presented our ideas. In the excel test, we were tested on using some Excel formulas. The HR also introduced the company and the management trainee program.
