You are sent to corporate for the interview. You will sit down with minimum 2 regional managers. They basically want to see how well you are at selling yourself. It is a sales position so they want to see what your personality is like.

Interview
It was conducted during covid-19 via FaceTime and one with the Regional manager for a second interview. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone because they are so unorganized. After being hired they explained everything after you accepted. A lot of things I didn’t agree with but you were stuck now.
Interviewed by several regional managers at the same time. All behaving professional. Good attitude and quick employing process. Took about 3 weeks after my interview to start working or them.

I worked there, the community is nice. It was three years ago, the management was nice but there was a staff member there that was like a pest. Anyhow not bad at all.
