Interview
two rounds of interview. First of all, they would ask you do a quiz of C language and data structure. Then the project leader would ask you a couple of questions about to your past projects, such as how you design your system, what kind of role do you play in the project. If you graduate from a 211 university with 1+ years' experience, it would be not difficult to get the offer

1) HR telephone call and asked some of questions related to your resume and why you want to quit existing job
2) On site technical review, two senior members will ask some technical questions related to your projects and will have a 40 minutes paper test.

They first gave a general skill test, most of the questions are about C. Then there is a English test, talking with their employees to see if you are qualified to work abroad. After that a few of us were invited to a local coffee shop and do the interview there. Three interviewers ask questions one by one, one of them is tough to handle but hopefully there is a good guy trying to make things go well. I got rejected mostly because I didn't prepare for the interview, I thought for one minute after they let me introduce myself.
