Interview
The interview process is a bit long but is supposed to only select the best of the best. More or less: submit your application, call, prepare a solution to a challenge at home, explain your solution face to face, live 2+ days within the team, as a last in-vitro test, and then, discuss about your package.
La première étape est un take home exercise avec un scope très ouvert qui nécessite beaucoup de travail (je dirais un minimum de 10h si on est très à l'aise avec le sujet + le temps de rédiger un rapport) et tout ça avant d'avoir un contact avec quelqu'un de Zama. La deuxième c'est un entretien technique qui tourne autour de la solution à cet exercice (c'est pas dit à l'avance, je m'attendais à un test technique). Mon parcours s'arrête après cet entretien.

Interview
The interview process consists of an initial challenge, which takes ~1 week to complete, then a technical interview, a trial period at the office (2-3 days) working on a mock project, and a reference check. The process is long but it helps to get a better sense of the company culture and what kind of problems the company is trying to solve. It was overall very positive and challenging
