Actually i got interviewed for Z5X,which is a part of Zee entertainment .It is very pathetic and disgusting experience.Even i can't find words to describe the process. Interview was on Saturday(24-08-2019) .They have conducted 2 rounds of technical interview and it went well.They said that i will have another round on Monday(26-08-2019).Even i got a mail regarding my discussion.They said to carry all the req'd documents like payslips,increment letter etc etc..On Monday they have conducted a Hr kind of round where i was asked regarding my CTC,ECTC,my place of residence ,if i will be able to travel daily etc..Then they again made to wait for 1 hour or more than that saying that i would have other round. Then again they have conducted a small technical round with some senior person(may be manager i guess).I have done well and thought that i would be getting the offer that day itself.Later they made me wait for one more hour and finally said me to leave for the day and they would call me after 2 days. But after 2 days i dropped mail regarding the offer since there was no call/mail from them.Then they simply replied to the mail saying that they couldn't process my profile. Question to management: Is this the way you play with people .Such a worst process and worst people.If you dont have requirement or not interested you would have said after 2 rounds .Why are you wasting our time by conducting many rounds and making people to wait for such a long time. My Advice: Guys please dont go for an interview with that Z5X dirty company dirty people.I never give reviews but since i was hurt much em posting it.Not only me many are there who suffered like me with that interview process.
