I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zenith Acquisitions (Washington) (Federal Way, WA) in Mar 2017
Interview
There are three interviews. The first is around 20 minutes where you talk to a hiring manager.
if you pass this round you'll be asked back the next working day for a more 'in depth' interview, conducted in Starbucks, with a "Corporate Trainer". It is at this stage you are given details of the job; pay (commission only $50-$174 per sale), hours 11:30-20:45 Mon-Fri, 9:30-17:00 Saturday, a breakdown of what is expected at each paygrade and how long you would typically spend at that paygrade before moving up to the next. At entry level you need to "consistently help (i.e. *sell*) 1-2 customers a day.) before moving to the next stage.
The 3rd and final "interview" happens immediately after the 2nd and is a very brief have you any questions type chat.
Job titles are overblown so sound more grand than they actually are.
"Account Manager" - someone who sells door to door (80% of time - the other 20% is admin/playing team building games)
"Corporate Trainer" - Someone who sells doors to door(75% of time), but also has some input in recruiting and training "Account Managers"
I can't put my finger on in, put something just doesn't feel right about Zenith Acquisitions.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
If you could spend time with one famous person, living or dead, who would you spend a day with?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zenith Acquisitions (Washington) (Federal Way, WA) in Mar 2017
Interview
The process consisted of me sitting in a room full of people (around 10 other people) who were all hiring for the same position and the actual interview itself was not personal at all. I could tell he was reading off a script word for word.

Question 1
If you could have dinner with any famous person dead or alive who would it be?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zenith Acquisitions (Washington) (Federal Way, WA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process is three interviews: the first interview is about ten minutes and just a meet & greet with a manager. The second is about an hour with a different manager, I did not have a third interview.
The one HUGE red flag is that the position (the company only hires at the entry-level) is that it's door to door sales, commission only, 6 days a week. I declined a third interview.
