I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zer0 to 5ive (Devon, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
They recruit via LinkedIn. No cover-letter required. The process took two months, and two in-person panel discussions. Very conversational.
Didn't disclose the position I was interviewed for was until I received an offer.
I felt like the conversations and questions were fine alone. Typical questions you would ask someone with 3 years of experience. The one issue is that they had me do 4 interviews in 6 days and then ghosted me. I understand if it doesn't work out, but after giving hours of my time on short notice to not even be denied, is simply off-putting. Turns out it was likely not a fit after all.

Question 1
Big PR wins, day-to-day experience at my current agency, etc.
Hi -- I saw this and went back and made sure that I had gotten back to all of our candidates and I had. Is it possible you missed my email or it went into spam? In any case, I wish you had followed up with me directly. The best candidates do follow up -- or at least should -- as most employers don't want to ghost you in case you're perfect for next time!

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn. Got an email from Michelle the next day for an interview with her. It went great and I really appreciated her being upfront with my salary requirements. Then I met with the PR team and the co-CEO, Santiago. Overall, a great interview process.
