Interview
Two phone interviews with different people from the team I was applying too. Laid back nothing crazy, asked about my past job experience and was told a bit about the company,
I found the job on LinkedIn in mid-February and applied. In early March, I had a 25-minute phone interview with the recruiter. Lastly, I had a 25-minute video interview with the recruiter and internship manager. I received an offer around 2 days later.

Give me an example of a time where you worked with a team and there was a conflict. What was your role, what was the conflict, and what was the outcome?

Interview
The interview process was the easiest and most engaging interview process I ever had. I was treated as a person and not just an intern or a “kid”. I appreciated being able to have a realistic conversation instead of robotic questioning.
