Call #1 with the recruiter. Then 2nd phone interview was scheduled with someone else in the company. This was to be followed by a video call with one of the co-founders. But recruiter kept dropping the ball so I had to keep following up every couple of weeks to move the process along. After call #2 about a month later, instead of video call with the co-founder, they added a third round phone call with a random manager that didn’t interact with the role I was applying for. The third interviewer was not very friendly. When I asked for clarification on some of her questions, she seemed annoyed and dismissive. When I asked her about next steps, she said there would be another round of phone interview?!?! They sent a very generic rejection email few weeks later. I reached out to the recruiter to ask for feedback but never heard back. For company that talks so much about the importance of culture, it’s disappointing how they treat their candidates (who could also become their customers).
