I appreciated that the interviewer was friendly and welcoming. However, I did face some difficulty understanding her at times due to a slight language barrier. What stood out to me most was the contrast in presentation—while I understand remote roles allow for a more relaxed dress code, I was a bit surprised by how casually the interviewer appeared for a formal video interview. As a candidate, I made an effort to present myself professionally, and I believe it would have made a better impression if the same effort was reflected on the other side. First impressions matter, especially in an interview setting. The interviewer looked like she just came from the gym.
