Before starting the interview Hr asked for all the details such as current ctc and expected ctc. Interview process took three round on three different days. After clearing all the interview Hr says that he will release offer letter. But in the end Hr tries to negotiate the CTC, that is accepted by me, hr then again tries to negotiate. They don't follow any ethics.
