Skype interview, its pretty much a done deal - just don't appear to be crazy. They really are not looking for anyone really qualified - just people who are foreign western mascots to parade around their school so they can appear to be a really serious good university. As long as you can speak coherent English and not appear to be an immediate, obvious threat - they will hire you. Insist to talk about the contract on Skype, because they have a habit of trying to keep contract conditions secret. Insist on being paid in dollars because they really want to pay in lira.
