I've applied through referral. I was referred on November 2016. But I got first mail from them on January 2016. First round was an offline interview which asked to do a project and send the apk and source code ( Yes, it was for Android Developer position). The project was to create a crossword puzzle game. User can upload puz file (which contains the puzzle game data). We need to extract the data from that file and save it in local database or online database like firebase or parse. Then the data should be rendered and clues should be shown one at a time. The answer should be validated. I would say, extracting data from puz file and structure it for our needs is the toughest part. After that, my apk and code was evaluated and I was added to attend technical interview in person at Estancia. The questions were mostly about android and java and about how I did the project. Nothing more. On the next I got result and I was asked to attend HR interview. HR interview is nothing serious. Some formal questions were asked like why this company? Any higher studies plan? Like that. I got the result immediately after the interview and I was selected.
