Phone Interview- basically a screening phone call prepping you for the in person interview.
in person interview- standard interview questions asking about different experiences with previous positions
Role play- they do not want you to "sell" Ashford University in the role play. They are looking for people that can be themselves and carry a conversation with a stranger while discovering their need for education/ making a change.

The interview process was very thorough and conducted professionally in an interview style with questions and answers and role play format. It gave me better understanding of what is to be expected and what the position involves with meeting merits and customer satisfaction and response.

Very straightforward it was great experience. Interview process was very organized as well. I recommmed trying out the process. Make sure you dress appropriately. Interviews are through zoom. Management was very honest and kind.
