Interview
They contacted me by phone and told me about their company. They asked me if I was interested in what they do. It was only after I had confirmed that I was that they offered me a job interview for the following week in one of their multitude of offices in Italy, which I had indicated as the place where I would want to work.
They sent to me two or three attitudinal questionnaires by email, to be filled in and sent back before the interview day.
The interview started with the presentation of the technical proposal (20/30% of the time, i.e. 1 hour and 15 minute) and continued with a session of questions and answers with an HR officer (70/80% of the time). At the end they promised me that I would receive feedback (positive or negative) within a week.
After four or five days the HR officer from the interview called me and made me an offer, which was for 22k € with no meal tickets. A week after my refusal they called me another time to make me a new and final offer: 26k €, but again with no meal tickets.
